👉4-When parcel received to CSR Agent then our team will exchange & refund to solve your problem.
👉5-Exchange leopards charges you paid which are Rs 190/-.
👉6-When the parcel will be defected & out color which you ordered that article you don't receive in that conditions company provide free of cost Service pickup to received.
👉In condition of refund :
👉1- Send the Courier to Company Address ( Company address are mentioned on Slip in Shipper information).
👉2- Share also courier slip for tracking on WhatsApp to BETTER SHOP CSR AGENT
👉3- After receiving parcel CSR Agent will contact you and sent you format of refunding process
👉4- You can fill up and send it after sending payment will transfer in your account ( bank, jazzcash,easypaisa,etc) in 48 hours.
